Police grab marijuana at Saskatoon storage locker

SASKATOON – A total of 14 pounds of marijuana was seized after a drug bust in Saskatoon on Thursday evening.

Police executed a search warrant at an apartment in the 1000-block of Temperance Street around 6 p.m. where they found marijuana, mushrooms, drug paraphernalia and cash.

A subsequent search of a rented storage locker in the 300-block of 105th Street turned up packaged marijuana.

A 23-year-old man is facing a number of charges including possession for the purpose of trafficking and proceeds of crime.
