WINNIPEG – City council voted Wednesday morning to reimburse residents who paid to get their pipes thawed retroactively to Dec. 1.
Winnipeg councillors voted unanimously to reimburse costs up to $305 for people who had to pay city crews or private contractors for pipe thawing.
