“Due to the intense heat, the fire quickly spread to two other adjacent homes,” said Sgt. Barry Kennedy in a press release Tuesday.

The fire displaced four renters from the homes. The group lost all their belongings in the blaze and several vehicles were destroyed.

“It’s a blessing that there were no injuries associated to these fires,” said Kennedy.

The suspect remains in police custody. No name or charges have been released.
