TORONTO — Harrison Ford was hospitalized Thursday after suffering an ankle injury on the set of Star Wars: Episode VII.
According to a statement from Disney, the 71-year-old star was “receiving care” and filming will continue as scheduled.

Ford is reprising his role as Han Solo from the original trilogy in Episode VII, which is currently shooting in England.
The actor reportedly suffered a broken ankle when he was struck by the door of the Millennium Falcon — Solo’s spacecraft.
