A 27-year-old Toronto man is offering a free ticket for an around-the-world trip for any woman – as long as her name is Elizabeth Gallagher and she holds a Canadian passport.
Jordan Axani says he booked a trip for two last March for this December. He was supposed to go with his girlfriend, Elizabeth Gallagher. But the relationship ended and he was left holding a ticket he couldn’t use.
He still plans on going on the trip but found that it was almost impossible to get the other ticket reissued in someone else’s name. So he’s offering to give it away – free.
Axani took to Reddit last weekend to publicize his plea.
He says there are some ground rules, including:

- He says he has no problem with the person taking the ticket and “doing their own thing.” But they can travel together if the lucky recipient wants to.
- He’ll buy the “first round of vino at JFK.”

The trip is set to begin Dec. 21 in New York and include stops in Milan, Paris, Prague, Bangkok and New Delhi.
Axani says he’s been getting a lot of attention, including from some women named Elizabeth Gallagher.
