Today, voters in North Vancouver went to the polls in the 2014 civic elections.
Three candidates are contesting the election for mayor. Darrell Mussatto has been mayor since 2005, and is running again for re-election. He faces two people who are new to politics. Kerry Morris is a businessman who has worked as a truck driver, manager at Imperial Oil, and founded a number of transportation companies. Another candidate, George Pringle, wishes to amalgamate the City of North Vancouver and the District of North Vancouver.
