On Saturday, Nov. 15, voters across British Columbia went to the polls in the 2014 civic elections. Polls were open in Victoria, B.C., from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Lisa Helps has been elected mayor of Victoria over incumbent Mayor Dean Fortin.
The final polls are coming in but Global News is calling it for Helps, by 89 votes.
