REGINA – A group in Regina is trying to ensure no one in the city goes cold this winter.
People from the group Chase The Chill are hanging and tying pieces of warm winter clothing in public places for people in need.

This weekend, they’ve been tying scarves, mitts and toques to trees with a note attached saying, “I am not lost. If you need this to stay warm, please take it”.
“I think it’s really important, there’s a lot of needy, homeless people who need these type of things that aren’t always going to ask for help or won’t always go to a shelter,” said Dianne Mursell, founder of Chase The Chill.
