HALIFAX – Police have charged a man with a third count of second-degree murder following a house fire outside Halifax on Jan. 7.
Codey Hennigar, 30, was originally charged with two counts of second-degree murder after police determined 81-year-old Clifford William Ward and 54-year-old Mildred Anne Ward, whose bodies were found in the house on Old Guysborough Road, had been murdered.
