LOS ANGELES — An attorney for Justin Bieber says he is making good progress on community service and counseling ordered in a vandalism case filed after the pop star egged his neighbor’s house.
Attorney Shawn Holley made the statement Tuesday at a brief hearing in Los Angeles.

Superior Court Judge Leland B. Harris noted that Bieber had received a favorable report from probation officials and set a May 11 hearing for an update.
Bieber remains on probation after he pleaded no contest to misdemeanor vandalism in July.
He was ordered to complete five days of community service, attend 12 anger management sessions, and pay $80,900 to repair damage to his neighbor’s home.
The 20-year-old did not attend Tuesday’s hearing.
