REGINA – There will be no charges against an RCMP officer who shot and killed a man in Holdfast, Saskatchewan during an arrest.
The Crown has determined that the Mountie was acting reasonably during his attempt to take the man into custody for criminal harassment.
The decision is based on an investigation by the Regina Police Service into the shooting at a home in Holdfast in September 2013.
