TORONTO – Apple finally unveiled final pricing details for its Apple Watch lineup on Monday – and while many laughed at the rumours of the gold edition costing thousands, it seems Apple had the last laugh.
That’s right; the Apple Watch Edition – made from 18 karat gold – will retail starting at US$10,000 (CAD$13,000).
Many took to social media to poke fun at the device’s incredible price tag, while some took to Twitter to try to figure out if Apple CEO Tim Cook was trolling them.
