MONTREAL — Canada’s only fully nude male strip bar for women celebrated 35 years Tuesday.
Club 281, which can be found on Montreal’s notorious Sainte Catherine Street, rolled out the red carpet for artists, musicians, long-time patrons and staff.
The Club’s first dancer Leo Lalumiere, now 75, was a special guest of honour.
Back in 1980, Lalumiere couldn’t get enough of the spotlight.

“I’d do it all over again if I could.”
“I’d still do it, but now I’m old and I worry I might break my bones,” the feisty senior told Global News Tuesday evening.
Back in the day, Joat Jett’s “Crimson and Clover” would get the crowd going for Lalumiere.
