Two men in hospital after stabbing in City Park

SASKATOON – Two men are in a Saskatoon hospital after an early morning stabbing. Saskatoon police believe they were the victims of an attempted robbery.

Police were called to the 900-block of Duchess Street just before 5:30 a.m. Friday where they found the two men suffering from stab wounds.

Both were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. There is no word on the extent of their injuries.

Police say the investigation is in the initial stages and more information will be released as it becomes available.

Earlier this week, a woman was assaulted in the 600-block of Duchess Street. She received some abrasions and bruises but did not require medical care.
