MONTREAL – Police have issued a Canada-wide warrant for a man wanted in the murder of his ex-girlfriend.
Raynald Létourneau, 46, is believed to be connected to the death of Charlie Cecilia Garcia Larez.
The 36-year-old woman was found dead inside her Côte-des-Neiges apartment on May 30.

She had been living in Canada for less than a year.
Létourneau is 6 feet tall, 250 lb, partially bald with brown eyes.

He also has tattoos on his forearm.
Sun Youth is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
