TORONTO — An autopsy will be performed on Monday on a man who died after his canoe capsized on a lake near Kearney, Ont.
Ontario Provincial Police said two men were canoeing on Grass Lake, about 30 km west of Algonquin Provincial Park, when their boat capsized at around 1 p.m on Sunday.

Police said neither man was wearing a life jacket and one of the men was able to swim to shore.
OPP, paramedics and firefighters responded to the scene but the second man, an unnamed 27-year-old from Toronto, was found dead by the OPP underwater search and recovery unit.
The name of the man is not being released pending notification of his family, but an autopsy has been scheduled for Monday.
