Prince Albert, Sask. man charged with trafficking methamphetamine

A 41-year-old man has been charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking. The investigation was launched by the Prince Albert Integrated Street Enforcement Team (ISET) Thursday evening.

As a result, Darryld Mans Lakner was arrested.

ISET members seized 24.5 grams of methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $4,500.

Lakner is also facing charges of possession of a dangerous weapon, possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime and breach of recognizance.

He was scheduled to make his first court appearance Friday in Prince Albert, Sask.
