SASKATOON – Police are on the lookout for those responsible for an armed robbery Friday in Saskatoon. Officers were called to a business in the Stonebridge neighbourhood around 6:20 p.m. CT.
Staff reported a lone man armed with what was appeared to be a sawed-off rifle entered the business in the 3200-block of Preston Avenue South.
The suspect left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash and narcotics then got into the passenger side of a red vehicle parked outside.

Police said no shots were fired and no one was injured.

The suspect is described as Caucasian, 20- to 25-years-old, five-foot nine, 160 pounds, with longer blonde hair and a scruffy face. He was wearing sunglasses and a black leather hat with a silver “C” chain pattern on it.
The vehicle is described as possibly being a two-door early 2000s Chevrolet model.
