UPDATE: First-degree murder charge laid by Saskatoon police in death of man in 2015
SASKATOON – Police have launched a suspicious death investigation after a man was found dead early Sunday morning in Saskatoon’s Sutherland neighbourhood. At around 1:10 a.m. CT, patrol members were checking on a person’s welfare.

The 30-year-old man was found dead when the arrived at a home in the 100-block of 107th Street West.
The victim’s name has not been released.

Members of the major crime and forensic identification units are investigating. No other details have been released at this time.
