Halloween weather forecasts for trick-or-treaters across Canada

It’s Halloween this Saturday and that means thousands of kids will be heading outside. So what kind of weather can you expect?

Here’s a snapshot of Halloween weather across the country.

Vancouver

While it’ll be mild during the day with a high of 14 C, it’ll be a wet one with rain throughout the day. The evening doesn’t look better as showers continue and temperatures drop to a low of 10 C overnight.

Calgary and Edmonton

It’ll be a bit chilly in Calgary and Edmonton, but at least it’s expected to be dry. It’ll be cloudy in Calgary throughout the day with a high close to 10 C. Overnight, the temperatures will drop to 3 C.

In Edmonton, it’ll be sunny with a high of 10 C during the day and an overnight low of 3 C.

Regina and Saskatoon are expected to stay dry with a mix of sun and cloud in Regina and sunny skies in Saskatoon during the day. Both cities will have an overnight low of 0 C. While it’ll be clear in Saskatoon, Regina will have some periods of cloud.

Winnipeg

Winnipeg will have a generally mild day with an expected high of 12 C and a mix of sun and cloud. Of course, the temperature drops for an overnight low of 2 C.

Toronto

Well, the kids in Toronto will have to add an umbrella to their costume. During the day, temperatures are expected to peak around 10 C with some sun and cloud. But showers begin to develop in the afternoon with rain continuing overnight. The high is expected to be around 10 C with an overnight low of 8 C.

Montreal

It’ll be a chilly day in Montreal with a high of 9 C, but at least it’ll be sunny. Overnight it’ll be cloudy with a chance of showers and a low of 5 C.

Halifax

Though it’ll be a bit cool in Halifax with a high of 9 C, at least it’ll be sunny. The low will be 3 C with some cloudy periods overnight.
