Adele cracks 3 million in album sales for ’25,’ announces tour

Adele is absolutely killing it this month.

The singer, who broke the record for selling the most album copies on a first week of release (surpassing ‘N Sync’s 2.42 million for No Strings Attached) has now completely obliterated that number, reaching over 3 million for sales of 25.

In a bid to seize this incredible momentum, Adele has also announced her first tour since 2011, which is set to travel to numerous European cities starting in early 2016. She posted the big news on Twitter:

Sorry, North America, there hasn’t been any news of Adele touring in Canada or the United States, but considering the massive album sales, it’s only a matter of time before she crosses the pond to our side.
