TORONTO – At six weeks, the Toronto Zoo’s giant panda cubs have outgrown their old incubator and moved into a larger one.
The latest video released shows the twins on their back appearing in good spirits and health.
The zoo said they are being monitored closely as it is still a critical time for them.

Er Shun, the cubs’ mother, is feeding her young with breast milk while also being supplemented with formula, the zoo said.

“Since Er Shun is a lactating mother, staff have been very focused on increasing her bamboo intake which is very important to maintain her milk production,” the zoo said in a statement.
The cubs will remain in the maternity area of the Giant Panda Exhibit which is not visible to the public for several more months.
