Burnaby RCMP have found for Graeme Rush, a 28-year-old autistic man who went missing today.
Graeme went missing this afternoon at 12:30 p.m. in Central Park in Burnaby, near the tennis courts with his caregiver.
“He’s very profoundly disabled with autism. Graeme doesn’t speak, so he will seem odd, but if you see him, please call the police,” said Joan, his mother, outside Central Park this afternoon.

Joan says he ran off from the park without wearing a jacket, but they’re hopeful he’s keeping warm in a nearby store to escape the cold.
“Police have told me they’re worried about hypothermia for him, so we hope he’s found safely very soon.”
Rush was found on Commercial Drive shortly after 6 p.m. in good condition.
