The Railyard Renewal Project includes the planning and redevelopment of a 17.5 acre railyard site in the centre of the city. Over the next 10 to 15 years, the railyard site will be transformed into a vibrant mixed-use area that complements both Downtown and the Warehouse District.

The Regina Revitalization project includes three phases: The Stadium, the Taylor Field neighbourhood, and the Railyard Renewal.
