Crash shuts down stretch of the Perimeter Highway

WINNIPEG — A serious crash has shut down a stretch of the Perimeter Highway.

Around 5 p.m. RCMP tweeted out that the Perimeter is shut down in both directions between Highway 3 and Wilkes Avenue.

Serious MVC, N of #MBhwy100 & #MBhwy3. Both lanes blocked in both directions on #MBhwy100. Please avoid area. #rcmpmb

The extent of injuries is unknown at this point.
