A French-Canadian director was found dead outside his home in Belize on Monday, according to a report in the San Pedro Sun.
Police said they had been acting off a tip when they found Quebec native Matthiew Klinck’s body lying outside of his home which had been ransacked.

The 37-year-old had been living in Belize for several years having founded a production company called Make-Belize films.

He was also the producer and director of ‘La Isla Bonita’, a telenovela about life in San Pedro that runs in Belize.
Before moving to Belize, he produced Greg & Gentillon as well as Hank and Mike.
