RCMP are investigating a shooting that happened early this morning in the community of North Preston, outside Dartmouth.
Police were called to Cain Street after shots rang out around 5 a.m.
RCMP will not say how many shots were fired, but both a home and a vehicle were struck by bullets.
Police confirm there were no injuries as a result of the shooting.

Investigations are still working to process evidence they collected at the scene of the shooting.

At this point, police say they do not have any information about a potential shooter and no arrests have been made.
Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
