SGI has made a few amendments to their rules which will affect drivers in several different ways.
A new amendment will now allow an innocent party to sue the estate of a deceased impaired driver.

Other amendments made by SGI will require licensed car salesmen to tell buyers if the car has been in a crash or has hidden damage before they hand over any cash.
They’re also now obligated to tell you if the odometer has been tampered with, or if the vehicle was owned by a rental company in the last two years.
