Stabbing sends man to Saskatoon hospital with life-threatening injuries

A man is fighting for his life in hospital following a stabbing in Saskatoon.

The stabbing happened just after 2 a.m. CT on Friday in the 1700-block of Alexandra Avenue.

Police arrived to find a man had been stabbed in the abdomen.

He was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Two men, 31 and 18, were arrested.

No other details have been released at this time.

The targeted enforcement unit and the forensic identification section are investigating.
