A woman is recovering from injuries after she was assaulted on a Saskatoon street.
Police were called out to the 1900-block of 20th Street West at around 4:20 a.m. CT on Wednesday where witnesses reported seeing a woman being assaulted by several girls.

Several people intervened and the girls fled.
The woman was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
There is no description of the suspects.
