Saskatchewan RCMP said a cell phone belonging to a suspect in the break-in gave off a signal in a Brandon neighbourhood.
Brandon police eventually tracked down the suspects at a shopping centre parking lot, but the suspects fled in a truck that rammed a police cruiser during the pursuit.
Police then set up a spike belt to slow down the vehicle and made the arrests during a “high risk take-down.”
A 26-year-old man, a 35-year-old woman and a 15-year-old male are in custody though charges have not yet been laid.
