Cape Breton Regional Police have charged a 24-year-old woman with impaired driving after she allegedly drove into a business in Florence, N.S.
Police say they found a 2008 Pontiac G6 partly lodged inside a business located at 359 Main Street around 5:30 a.m. Sunday.

Officers found a woman in the area with minor injuries. When they spoke to her, police say she advised she was the driver of the vehicle and showed signs of impairment by alcohol.

According to police, the building that was struck was extensively damaged.
The woman, whose name has not yet been released, will appear in Sydney Provincial Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
