A Haut-Shippagan, N.B. man has been sentenced to 14 months in prison for cocaine trafficking.
New Brunswick RCMP says an investigation targeting street-level drug dealing led to the arrest of 51-year-old Mario Savoie on June 15, 2016.

On March 30, 2017, Savoie pleaded guilty to a charge of trafficking cocaine.
Savoie was sentenced Friday. He also has been banned from owning firearms for 10 years.
