Winnipeg police are searching for a suspect after an 86-year-old woman was pushed down and her purse was stolen.
At 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, the victim called police and said she’d just been robbed.

Shortly after she left the bank in the 1800 block of Main Street, she said she was knocked to the ground. Her purse was stolen and she received cuts to her elbow.
Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to call investigators at 1-204-986-6219 or Crime Stoppers at 1-204-786-8477.
