TORONTO – The house where the photo at the centre of an alleged drug-use scandal involving Mayor Rob Ford was taken has been identified.
The photo allegedly shows the mayor with three men, including one who has been identified as Anthony Smith.
Smith was gunned down outside of a Toronto nightclub in March.

The photo was provided to both the Toronto Star and U.S.-based website Gawker by someone trying to sell a video purportedly showing a man who looks like Ford smoking what could be crack cocaine.
The Star and The Globe and Mail are reporting the photo was taken at a house on Windsor Road, near Dixon Road and Kipling Avenue in Etobicoke.

The mayor has called the allegations “ridiculous” and has denied accusations that he uses crack cocaine.
“I do not use crack cocaine, nor am I an addict of crack cocaine,” Ford said during a press conference two weeks ago.
Global News has not seen and cannot verify the authenticity of the alleged video.
Gawker, which raised $200,000 to buy the video, said Tuesday the footage is “gone.”
