In January, Cacnio’s car was pulled over during a routine road check because the headlights were off.
The officer testified he smelled alcohol on her breath.
He then said he discovered she was 20 minutes past her court-ordered curfew.
During the June 2011 riot, Cacnio was caught on camera stealing clothing from a downtown Vancouver tuxedo shop.
