On Thursday, RCMP released photos of a facial reconstruction created to show what the man may have looked like.
The medical examiner says the remains appear to belong to a white man between the ages of 20 to 60-years-old, and had been decomposing for less than a year before they were found.
It also appears the individual once suffered a broken nose.
