Members of the Elsipogtog First Nation beat drums and sang Tuesday to celebrate the end of the injunction that ordered them to end their blockade outside a compound owned by SWN Resources.
A judge ruled the injunction was no longer required as the company had removed its equipment and vehicles.
The protesters are no longer blocking the road.
Last Thursday, 40 people were arrested and six police vehicles were torched when the RCMP moved in to enforce a court injunction in Rexton, New Brunswick.
