At the South Vancouver Community Church, members offered their prayers today to the victims of Typhoon Haiyan.
“I don’t know if they are safe, if they have food, if their house is destroyed,” says Levi Estores.
His mom lives in the path of the typhoon, which has killed at least 10,000 people.
“I just want to hear that my mom is alive, just to hear her voice would be a relief to us.”
