Luka Rocco Magnotta has pleaded not guilty to five charges in the death of Chinese exchange student Jun Lin.
Magnotta was arrested in 2012 after a worldwide manhunt.
He’s accused of killing Jun Lin and sending parts of his body to various locations including schools in Vancouver and Montreal, as well as the national headquarters of the Federal Conservative Party.

Magnotta is charged with first-degree murder, committing an indignity to a body, publishing obscene material, criminally harassing Prime Minister Stephen Harper and other members of Parliament and mailing obscene and indecent material.

His jury trial is expected to begin in September of 2014.
