• Winnipeg woman returns overdue library book after 30 years: ‘I needed to do the walk of shame’

  Winnipeg libraries stopped charging late fees for overdue books in 2021. Even so, the woman who returned a book due back in 1990 took some chocolates to ease her guilty feeling.
