Strathcona Blocks Party returns to East Hastings Street on Saturday, July 25, bringing a full afternoon of free, all-ages fun to one of Vancouver’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. From 12 PM to 5 PM, visitors can enjoy live music and dance performances, local shopping, food trucks, family activities, a beer garden and community activations along the 600 to 900 blocks of East Hastings Street. The beer garden is open until 8 PM. Highlights include a dedicated Kids Zone, a pop-up market, neighbourhood business promotions, and food from local favourites like JAPADOG, Nami Vietnamese, and REEL Mac & Cheese. Guests can also visit the Strathcona Beer Garden, hosted by Strathcona Beer Company, featuring a summer BBQ menu, live DJs, and lawn games. Admission is free and everyone is welcome to join the party!
