EDMONTON – Motorists are being asked to take their time and drive to the conditions to help ensure Tuesday’s morning commute goes a little smoother than it did Monday.
Police started off their work week responding to dozens of crashes, specifically:

- 27 hit and run collisions
- 12 injury collisions
- 95 collisions with property damage
The road conditions are still poor across Edmonton and outlying areas,. The snow is expected to taper off Tuesday, when the cold is expected to settle in.
The Alberta Motor Association is advising drivers to plug in their vehicles overnight.
