SASKATOON – A public inquest into the death of 46-year-old Stanley Robillard is scheduled to begin on Monday in Saskatoon.
On July 15 2010, Robillard was arrested for public intoxication and detained at the Saskatoon police detention centre overnight.

The following day he was found unresponsive in his cell and passed away at Royal University Hospital.
In addition to establishing the medical cause of the inmate’s death, the coroner’s jury may make recommendations to prevent similar deaths from happening in the future.
The inquest will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn and concludes Friday.
