Arnold Goes to Events

Director Arnold Karan has worked in television production since 2005 and in our Global BC control rooms since September 2013.

Arnold’s love for music, theatre, sports and other live events in Vancouver is legendary. When he’s not setting his alarm clock to get up early to direct the Global News Morning show, he enjoys all the city has to offer.

So we made him the star of his own segment — Arnold Goes to Events. He started the idea on his personal Instagram page where he uses the hashtag #arnoldgoestoevents.

He and Morning News anchor Jason Pires now create and produce segments for everyone to enjoy!
