KELOWNA — A civil suit has been filed and a Kelowna business owner is being investigated by RCMP for alleged fraud after an unintended deposit was made into his company’s bank account.

Graham alleges Tru-Wal Interiors through its owner, Leonard Michael Todoischuk, has spent the money and is refusing repayment.

In court filings in response, Todosichuk denies those allegations.

Police are continuing to investigate and charges have not been laid.

Nor has the civil suit been settled.

Both Graham Masonry and Tru-Wall Interiors are refusing comment to Global Okanagan News.
