Fires continue to rage north of Los Angeles, Cali., on the edge of the Angeles National Forest.
The Colby wildfire is moving into residential neighbourhoods, about 40 kilometres northeast of downtown Los Angeles.
The fire, first reported at 6 a.m. PST, has forced the evacuation of homes, schools, and buildings nearby.

Dry conditions and high winds are making the fire more challenging to contain.
As of about 8 a.m. PDT, 125 acres were burning, with none of it contained, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE).
