TORONTO – BlackBerry (TSX:BB) shares have increased more than eight per cent after the U.S. Department of Defense said it will continue to support the Waterloo, Ont.,-based company’s smartphones. Analysis firm Citron Research is urging Wall Street investors to “change your mindset” before they miss an opportunity to buy the rising BlackBerry stock.
