SASKATOON – A nightclub bouncer charged with assaulting Gregory ‘Myles’ MacIntosh a short time before he disappeared in Saskatoon has pleaded not guilty.
Scott Denny, 33, is accused of assaulting MacIntosh on a pub-crawl bus after he was asked to leave Outlaws on Idylwyld Drive during his bachelor party on Feb. 1.

Police say MacIntosh got off the bus near the intersection of Lorne Avenue and 8th Street.
A witness reported seeing a man fall into the South Saskatchewan River a short time later.
A search failed to turn up anyone however blood found on the ice was confirmed by DNA testing to be that of MacIntosh.
Denny will proceed to trial by judge alone.
His next scheduled appearance is on March 21.
