HALIFAX – According to Halifax police, weather factored into a pedestrian-vehicle collision Tuesday night.
Around 10:20 p.m., a 22-year-old man was struck while crossing Bell Road at Robie Street. He suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police said it was difficult to determine who had the right-of-way in the crash, so no one will be charged in the case. At the time, heavy rain reduced visibility.
